Where can I park if I come tour Dixon Place Apartments?

There is public street parking on both McClelland St. and Elm Ave. Walk through the doors located at the southwest corner of McClelland St. and Elm Ave. into the lobby and leasing desk where a team member can assist you! 

What options do I have if I'm not ready to apply?

What are the lease terms that are offered?

We offer leases anywhere from 1-month through 15-months, with availability and pricing subject to change. Please contact a team member for more information. 

Does it cost anything to take a tour?

There is never a cost to take a tour! Our community team members are happy to show you around our beautiful community. 

Do I have to make an appointment, or do you accept walk-ins?

Walk-ins are welcome! You can also schedule a tour by clicking the "Schedule a Tour" button on the top bar of our website. 

What is the renters' insurance policy?

We require renters' insurance with a liability protection minimum of $100,000 for the protection of our community. We also recommend you obtain personal renter's insurance for the protection of your belongings.

How do I pay my rent?

Please visit your Resident Portal, which you can access by clicking on the "Resident" button on the navigation bar of our website. 

Which schools is Dixon Place Apartments zoned for?

Dixon Place Apartments is zoned for Granite School District - Nibly Park School PK-8, Evergreen Junior High School 7-9, and Highland High School 9-12. 

How can I apply for an apartment?

​Our application is online and entirely paperless making the process smooth and efficient! From our website, click "Apply" in the top menu bar or by choosing a floor plan, specific apartment, then clicking Apply Online. If you need assistance applying our on-site team is always happy to help!

Do you have furnished apartments?

No, we do not offer furnished apartments. However, you may reach out to a local rental company to rent furniture. 

Do all of your apartments have the same finishes?

All apartments offer the same beautiful finishes and come with in-unit washer and dryer, electric range and oven, smart home package that include door locks and thermostat, and floor-to-ceiling windows. 

How do I setup electricity and gas?

Electricity and gas are required to be setup prior to move in. Please contact Rocky Mountain Power at 888-221-7070 or at www.rockymountainpower.com and Dominion Energy at 800-323-5517 or at www.dominionenergy.com. 

What do you look for in the application?

We use a third-party, independent screening service that will review you credit history, rental history, and employment history. A background check will also be completed. 

What fees will I need to pay if I have to break my lease?

We require a 60-day notice to vacate and a termination fee equal to 2 month's rent. Please defer to your lease for specific details on the termination policy. 

What is the parking policy at Dixon Place Apartments?

We offer reserved garage parking and outdoor gated parking for an additional monthly fee. 

What is your pet policy?

We love furry friends! We require all pets to undergo an application and be added to your lease. We also require a pet deposit as well as a monthly pet rent per pet. Please talk to a team member for more information.
